Key Responsibilities:
 •	Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. 
•	Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
•	Develop and implement strategies for new business development and growth in alignment with company goals.
•	Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment in delivering solutions to clients.
•	Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
•	Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
•	Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems.
•	Represent the company at events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote services and gain business leads.
  
    
   
  
Qualifications:
 •	Bachelor′s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
•	Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
•	Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
•	Ability to generate leads and develop long-lasting relationships.
•	Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•	Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•	Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•	Target-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.

 >	Prior experience in Environmental sector preferred. 
>	Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales techniques.
>	Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes.
